1993 to now
My grandfather kept a press in the back of a bike shop. He sold fruit to people who had just ridden thirty miles and wanted something that tasted like it had been picked that morning.
VÉLO is that press, scaled up exactly as far as it can go without changing what comes out of it. We turned down two supermarket listings because they wanted a twelve-month shelf life. It does not keep for twelve months. That is the point.
